There’s a buzz going around Europe at the moment. Months of preparation will come to a head and a champion will soon be decided. The Irish Poker Championships 2006 will be the biggest Irish poker tournament ever staged.
On the 6th of January 2006 an estimated field of 500 players will compete for an enormous amount of money and the title of Irish Poker Champion. This will be a three day marathon event and will be held in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin.
A large number of players will be travelling from overseas but the vast majority of players will be Irish. Because the tournament organisers -Poker Events- have been working so tirelessly throughout the year the number of players that have already booked their €1,000 (+ €100 registration) seats is gigantic.
