But in better news, it has been relocated to the original Binions cardroom, which has been a cash game area in recent years.

Good seat draw - I can see the board cards from seat 6 with any luck.

Heard an argument from the direction of the registration desk. Turned to see a short, stout gent with his hair in a mini man-bob.

Well hello there Jac Arama.

some clumsy wordage there apologies

As an avid reader I feel the insertion of 'derring-do' in the following post more than made up for any of the previous 'clumsy wordage'.

Glad you both had a lovely time on the west coast.

I would say GL for the Binions affair but Mr T is downtown, it is finally SCOOPIO time, so surely it is the rest of the field who need the luck!

P.S. Good luck Smiley

4 levels complete, first break. We seem to have 106 optimistic entrants thus far.

Was card dead early and in dribble mode, but then things improved and we are now ambling along in a pleasently ambly way.

We have 48,900 from 30,000 starting. Blinds go 200-400 upon resumption.

Scoopio Scorecard =;

Chops 1

Full Scoopios 2

The first man to exit would appear to be Jac Arama, who, I gather, never folded a single hand pre flop.

5 or 6 Brits wished him farewell, but he ignored them all as he departed with a flounce that even the king of flouncers,  Ch10mpy, would be proud of.

Meanwhile, I am in cruise mode as I caress my flamingo sized stack. Eat your heart out Adam Bromley, I am huge.
