Why not place some ambiguous bets while you're at it and argue whichever side comes in?

While i'm all for fighting the cause if a bookie tries to mug someone off, I don't agree with trying to fiddle them outright.

Or why not put up prices and then argue they were "palps" or say money back offers and hide that they are free bets etc etc.

The retail bookmaking industry is completely immoral and if they provide they slightest ambiguity, they will use it against the punter, so they should be treated the way they treat their customers.

This was my tip.  Please stop making me wish I had never posted it.

If bookmakers have scummy practices I am first to call them out, but don't ever think that means I am going to behave like a scumbag too.

Cheers Adz I will have a little on those.

And thank you to whoever recommended Tiger Roll at 33-1, it's now in to 17.0 on the exchange. When I struck this in the Coral shop their e/w terms were 1/4 top 4. Now I see they are 1/5 top 6 so are the updated terms the ones that will apply to my bet?

This 1/5 bit is an annoying trend, so def try to get paid if you are 5th or 6th (and obv insist on 1/4 odds if in first four).

I think doubleup must have been on the sauce last night, cos that's gonna happen, isnt it?!

May as well def try for an extra 5 points on your Price, or money back if you lose, while you are at it.  Cheesy

TheDazzler's Tottenham bet at 11-1 has legs again.

Otherwise, the awful Poshies will be turning up with their bucket and spade mentality at the home of the Wombles tomorrow.

Doesn't matter who starts, McCann is still in charge and Ardley's team talk will be simple. "Remember how we outmuscled them at their place? Well go do the same again. They're completely gone at the game and will give up after a few minutes. Powederpuff ^%$&^**Y^."

3-1 half-time full-time Wombles Wombles the bet.

There's a Grand National tomorrow(Irish) and so I have to chuck a couple of darts at it.

I like to make my selections on the back of what I have seen, and what I know, and then, have a look at the strong trends for the race, to give me extra confidence.

The Irish national has some quite strong trends, and thankfully my darts have landed in the right trends horses to boot.

Horses that have run at Aintree last, dont do well.

Horses carrying less than 10.13 have won 16 of the last 17 races.

All of the last 17 winners were 10 or younger.

Nearly all recent winners have WINS over 3m+

They have run in the last two months.

I found it hard to believe Alpha Des Obeaux was carrying under 11 stone. He didnt do as well as I hoped at Cheltenham, but it was returning after breaking blood vessels over Christmas. At 25-1, I can give him one last chance for the only horse to get close to Thistlecrack in last years Stayers Hurdle.

Arbre de Vie was running a cracker in the 4miler when seemingly slipping on the flat 3 out. He is available at 20-1

Finally General Principle ticks all the trends boxes and looks on the recent improve. Bryan Cooper had a choice of 14 possible Giggy Mounts, he went for this one. He is 20-1.

£10 ew on each. More if you feel. GL

Looks like both myself and the thread made a profit on the F1 this weekend, mostly thanks to those ever consistent Force India's - good stuff Smiley

Ocon became the youngest driver ever to have score points in the first 3 Grand Prix of a season

Interestingly Toto Wolff owns 30% of him too, and probably destined for a big seat if he continues like this

There is chatter that with the Ferrari so competitive in race trim and more consistent all round on its tyres that Mercedes will prioritise Hamilton having spent three years running two cars in title contention

like the thought process however there is a better way to play . By backing Wigan under 0.5 total goals at 21-20/evens we still win if it ends  0-0
