As far as I know there is not extensive parking at The Connaught Rooms.

The following is taken from the Hippodrome website:

The China Town car park is located just a short distance from The Hippodrome at 20 Newport Place WC2H 7PR London

Discounts of up to 20% are available on bookings.
To receive your discount please visit www.q-park.co.uk and enter the promotional code ”hippo”’ when making your booking.

We have plenty of room in both Day 1A and Day 1B currently.

Many thanks,

Jamie

8 levels for the UKIPT Main Event. You would have to go to The Hippodrome to buy at this point for today.

RE-ENTRIES UPDATE:

Please note that we will be able to process re-entries using debit cards and PokerStars funds in the Connaught Room in real time, you do not need to purchase these in advance. You only need to purchase cash re-entries in advance.

Hope that makes sense.

That was the only PLO8 in the original schedule I think, there is still a NLO8 turbo and a PLO8/Stud8.

There are 4 different poker rooms rather than one large one. A small bar with no seating. Very limited refreshments. A trek to the toilets. Over zealous security staff. Slow waitress service.

There are however a wide range of coffee shops and eateries in close proximity to the venue.

And apparently a players restaurant on the 2nd floor but as I didn't survive until the dinner break it was not open to view.

They are already searching for a more suitable venue for season 11.

Doesn't sound brilliant for the price of the buy ins

Thought the venue was fine.  Def a big improvment from the Vic IMO.

Sad to see that the numbers in this field will not get close to the Estrellas.  That really is a unique stop.

Think I chose the wrong day 1 too.  Very, very reg/pro heavy.

I thought it was an excellent venue, could get a drink in no time with a very convenient bar, also very reasonably priced.

Not to mention its very easy to get to etc and loads of nice places near by. Good job and cant wait for the EPT

oh ffs, managed to move things round to play the plo8 on Tuesday, and it has gone.

I suppose at least I read this before showing up.

Well at least it solved my dilemma, & bought an end to my dithering. It would have been rather nice to play some PLO8 in the UK.

Never mind.
