I haven't read this for a few weeks. Great blog Phil, keep it up mate. It's a very brave thing looking inside yourself and addressing your 'issues' and so much easier to just carry on as normal. Your weight loss is amazing and your family must be so proud of you, probably as proud of you, as you so obviously are of them. Well done pal, your a real inspiration.  |
