You Milligan and I are a trio then Wardy so you're not alone, I ate crap tonight as well as yesterday. I ate well this afternoon then caved and got a takeaway in while I was watching the darts.  Meh see what the damage is on Tuesday when I weigh in, the good news is that I feel abso terrible now  and am not in any rush to repeat.

Was talking to a friend and he has advised me to take a diary of what I eat and to note down any variations in my symptoms as foods supposedly can trigger mild exacerbations of symptoms. I ate a bag of mini eggs earlier and my clonus has been worse today than all week so might be something in it.

Hopefully my collars turn up for the db tomorrow and I can crack out my first gym session in over 2 months!!

If it helps I'm in on this as well.

Chinese and loads of alcohol on Friday leading to hangover on Saturday.

Saturday food included pie, peas and chips, Sunday was Sunday dinner + pizza for supper.

Obviously the calories aren't a problem for me as I'm looking to gain but I've just checked my waist and it's 37.5 so a 1" gain.

Not a major problem as it's early days but I need to keep careful tabs on things.

Yeah I've probably eaten the same amount of cals over 2 days that I would have over 1 last year and I've not had anything to drink so I'll clear it off over the week hopefully.

Granted going on a dirty bulk for the weekend doesn't hurt as much and is fun Cheesy

Had a really awesome gym session. Propper showed that treadmill who was boss!!

Weighed in first tho at 22st 12lbs/145.5kg which is a loss of 4lbs. Really happy bunny.

So jumped on treadmill and set the pace to 7kmph which is a steady speed. Jogged pretty much for 40 minutes had a 2 minute walk to take on some water then set back off at 7kmph. Stopped again for a minute then started again upped it to 8kmph then 9kmph brought up 6.4km in about 55.15 then carried on till i hit the 7km mark. Ended up with 7.07km burning 707 cals so over moon with my session today.

Cheers guys. Still plenty of work to do.

The really hard work's done mate. You've got the bug for training and weight loss now.

Once it's become habitual you just settle in for the long haul.

Good stuff!!

Ok weighed in today at 14st 11.8lbs which is an increase of 1.2lbs this week which I was expecting as said yesterday.

Not got to much on this week so looking for a solid week, would love to be below 14st 10lbs as that will be the first stone lost and half way my target.

Steady 3.2km of speed interval today followed by a 30 minute PT session.

Trained on cables with some dips and pressups thrown in.
