Start a rate my Paratha thread if you want to post that sort of thing in my opinion.

Absolutely love them though to be fair. Always have them with a curry as they're far superior to a nan.

I had a lovely one last weekend but can't remember what it was because I was smashed. There was meat in it and it tasted similar to a peshwari nan. Any ideas?

Maybe a keema Paratha, the chef must have been kashmiri if it was slightly sweet...

Sure you didn't just have a doner kebab on the way home?

I'm slightly worried about building this up too much to be honest.

I've never cooked anything in my life so it could go horribly wrong.

How do you fry an egg?

A bit like this
http://www.deliaonline.com/how-to-cook/eggs/how-to-fry-an-egg.html

But don't have the pan too hot to start with, there's nothing worse than crispy edges to a fried egg

Just put the bread on a side plate, no need to cut it though. Mushrooms look terrible, eggs next to beans is a no-no.

Sausage doesn't look up to much either tbh.

But not a bad effort I suppose 6.5/10

Burnt sausages, bread & butter compromised by being on top of the eggs, button mushrooms, and my pet hate in a breakfast, beans and tomato on the same plate, but looks pretty edible nonetheless. If Carlsberg did breakfasts that's probably how they'd look.
I'd prefer one made by Banks's, or Holden's.

Toast looks good.

Hard to get a deece fry up in Thailand. They all taste a bit different. I remembering getting one in Koh Samui over a year ago now and it was the abs worst. I could only eat the toast. Here's a couple of deece ones (by Thai standard's) that ive consumed in the last few wks in Phuket.

This is about the fullest fry up i've seen. There Sausages on the left btw lol and yes i know the Tomato is a bit green. The Tea was a bit dodge too iirc

This is my fave tbh. I know its a bit small (call it a healthy fry up) and will have its critics, but it tastes very good imo.

@Bobalike

Only bread that belongs on that plate is the fried stuff. Toast and buttered bread need separate plates.

Beans and eggs need to be separated as well. Previous entrants have utilised sausages as a breakwater which I really like and will probably attempt for my own breakfast at the weekend.

Sausages little bit below par but I bet they tasted really good.

Tomatoes are a no according to general thread thoughts. Personally I can take or leave them but would have to be chopped or a fresh tom rather than plum.

Less said about those mushrooms the better really.

Pretty good for sheer quantity.

Overall I think 6.5 is a fair assessment. Great effort!!

Why have you got one of those €2 wicker sun mats on your table?

Harsh but fair. Was hoping for at least 7/10 but tis a cruel thread.
Couldn't get any flat mushrooms at such short notice. Beans and toms on same plate is acceptable if duly separated. Saus not burnt just weird lighting. B&B yes should be on side plate.
