We don't get crippled at all. We open out of 19bbs to 2bbs. bet 2bbs again leaves us with 15bbs. We never had any 3bet FE with 19bbs* therefore we haven't lost anything in terms of stack utilization.

Yeah he may call off with A2 but hes gonna rejam it always. Always >  May.

Then we should be exploiting this by bet/calling with Ace high. As we can expect them to c/c if they flop top pair hands...etc.
