Selling 10% of all 3 comps at 165 or 5% at 85

If buyins are 1750 and 10% is 165, aren't you selling at less than cost?

Was special offer bieng my first time of asking and will do a full tournament report .

I think 50/50 split means he was selling at 2.0, then has discounted it slightly. Could be wrong though.

Yeh so it probably works out at around 1.8ish.

Andy is a v.nice guy and not trying to con anybody out of anything, its his very first thread hes put up so please lets not lol or have a go but instead educate.

Generally Andy you sell a % at whatever markup you think is fine. So in this case if you think you're a break even player you will sell 10% for £175, if you think you have a decent roi you may decide to sell at 1.1, there-fore 10% would be £175 + 10% mark up = £192.50.

Becuase its your first staking thread and you have not shown a record to the guys yet, you should probably sell at 1.0, this is still good for you as it helps with expenses and means that you are able to reduce the variance a little bit.

Nice results btw, having these up are v.important as it gives the buyer confidence in you rather than being unable to see any proven record.

I will take 10% because the first time I ever played live you were sat next to me (at Stoke £100er) for the pretty much the whole night and you were just really friendly and pleasant to play with and made it a great experience that I wanted to repeat and considering I was there with Arbboy it could have gone verty much the other way ;-).  We both made the final ten I think but I bubbled the final table and only got the saver and then you all dealt!!!!
