BB vs SB situations 16-20 blinds deep: Shove or fold over 2.2x open?

[xpost from 2+2 HSMTT]
Everyone runs into this situation quite frequently and I don't think it's gotten an adequate amount of discussion. I'll make up a scenario and give a few possible holdings.
We are pre-antes in a random $109 freezeout. The SB (a random mediocre reg) opens to 2.2x, 19 blinds effective, and you are in the BB. Do you shove, call, or fold when you hold:
(a) KJo
(b) K9o
(c) Q7s
(d) 86s
(e) 44
(f) A8o
I wouldn't really give much thought to folding any of these hands. And while I'm sure that shoving a hand like KJo is profitable, I wonder if flatting is more profitable.
Anyone want to take a stab at this complicated problem? You can address just one of the hands if it's too much to discuss all four (6, i added two).

(a) KJo - just call, flops well and it's pre-ante.
(b) K9o - there's room to 3bet fold this hand so would 3bet not shove. Blocker helps this.
(c) Q7s - Same as K9
(d) 86s - probably just fold don't hate a call as you can semi bluff a lot of flops.
(e) 44 - Shove>3bet call>call>3bet fold
(f) A8o - think there's an argument for everything bar folding.
Because its pre-ante I believe 3betting can be used.

Call all, shove 44 fosho and a8 depending on reads. Think folding anÅ· of the others would be pretty bad.

I don't think they are even that interesting think
1) k8o
2) 74s
3) ato
4) 88
5) q6s
Would be better to discuss
Rest just have way too good playability/flop so well to wnt to consider folding imo

Surely we need to know the mediocre regs' perception of us/history with us? Calling/folding/betting ranges will be skewed enormously depending on if we are viewed as a supernit or a spewmonkey
