Maria is the brother of Juan Maceiras, who made the Warsaw EPT final and daughter of Juan Maceiras Sr, who I 'think' is Vietcong01 online, the latter has won pretty much every single major comp on Stars in recent times. So they're a bit of a poker dynasty in Spain.
Well, Maria is the SISTER of.... lol
The rest is OK.
Great dinasty the Maceiras. And Juan Jr made FT in Warsaw and also made FT bubble in Barcelona EPT.

Great updates guys as usual.
I am in Ireland at the moment just down the road from the hotel - Im not sure of how it works but is there any chance to pop in and watch some poker at some point over the remainder of the weekend?
Cheers.
Yes you just need to turn up and you are free to walk around etc. Loads of people are doing that today.

Julian Thew button raises and LuckyLloyd moves all-in from the big. Eventually Julian calls for his stack, (both have around 17k). Lloyd taps the table and says, "Good call," showing
. Julian shows
Board:
"Great call, I don't know how you make it." Lloyd says.
Lloyd is left with about 800 chips and to compound his misery, he's all in blind vs a midposition raise only to discover he has A-K vs A-9, his water bottle goes flying six feet in the air in frustration, and then makes the nut straight to prolong the agony. The table is then broken, Lloyd is still in, but only just. Julian has 35k.
Dave Colclough is out, he said Mick McCool fancied a gamble with 7-5 against Dave's K-5.

OMG you're MadTurk! Apologies, didn't mean to actually offend there, as it were. Junglecat is now claiming that he told me yesterday that you were MadTurk on here, but that is a lie - at the time, I couldn't see your card, nobody could tell me your name, and you were saying a bunch of hilarious stuff, which I thought I reported in such a manner as to reflect that... Most amusing... Anyway, sorry if it looked like I didn't think all of that was just really funny...

Julian is a little frustrated with Sorel, who has been busier than a workaholic ant in a sweat shop working overtime.
"He's been raising loads...first time i repop him from 2k to 6k, he shoves over the top. SIGHHHH!!"
Come on Julian, don't let Sorel mess you around!
Maz gives me the thumbs up as I approach his table indicating he is happy with proceedings. I miss the thumbs up with my camera but capture him in the midst of saying " I liiike..." Borat-styleee. Allegedly.

Yes indeed, poor old Blondie is gone. Most of the damage was done earlier by Dan Bolton - Bolton made it 3k, and Colclough shoved. After some dwellage and removal of headphones, Dan called.

...and Colclough was a hair's breadth away from the felt.

NAS boycott if you continue to hold out with pics dana. I have to say I was very impressed with some of the norkage from earlier in the week with one young lady being soooooo beautiful she could easily become my next ex wife.

Smurph is down to 20k or so after her Queens failed to hold up against Anders Knudsen's K-J.
Cheery New Zealander James Honeybone is on an around-average 33k.

Lloyd here,
Julian read my soul I guess. Was surprised thst he found a call with KJo. Figured when he started deliberating that he may have had AJ or maybe 66 - 1010. Fantastic call. He though about it, got a count, weighed it up and called. He must have got a tell I guess.
Flopped the gutshot so had 10 outs twice off the flop for the 40k tank. Wasn't to be. Best of luck to Julian, Adam Fallon, Rob Taylor and any boardsies left in.
