Nope. Even a penalty shootout has a winning goal. The clue is in the question.....

Who won the FA Cup by Never scoring a winning goal?
Charlton?

Ok, I'm still half asleep. The question should have read "How did a team win the FA Cup by Never scoring the winning goal?"

I was struggling to remember the team (not sure I got it right) but the answer is a player who's second name was never scored.

Right - a more complicated one here....

Name the following players:

There are 3 Englishmen, 2 Welshmen, 1 Irishman & 1 Scotsman to have played for 3 clubs to have won the European Cup/Champions League in their history. (The player didn't have to win it - just the club at some point).

Follow up question - one of them has played for 4 - which one?

Bump - a real statto one....

Niall Quinn? Gazzza? Anelka?

Is it premiership or just any 4 derbys?

No, I gave you the four derby matches involved

for example...Niall Quinn played for Arsenal, Man c and Sunderland but never for a Liverpool club, therefore he could not have scored in all four derby matches

a clue....late 1980s onwards
