I was playing golf today at Wollaton Park in Nottingham with one of my regular partners and another guy who I'd not played with before, a very nice guy around 50ish and during the round we got chatting as you do and it turns out his parents live in a village near Hinckley. Not just any village though, the same village that you live in!

I also saw some Egyptian goslings for the first time ever and took a couple of pics which I shall attempt to post on here shortly.

Andy Murray will be playing Djokovic if he gets through round 1 of the ATP 250 in Geneva.  Farewell tour is rigged.

Looks like Raducanu is going to qualifying for French Open.  Given the draw is tomorrow then think that 3 players need to withdraw by tomorrow as she is 3rd on alternate list still.

Looking increasingly likely that she is playing Nottingham given the ads I keep seeing are now featuring her. Assume she has a wild card guaranteed if she wants it. One year I don't get tickets too.  Looks like Ons Jabeur is there too.

Nice to hear about Aspers (Stratford) stepping up their game with the Friday night comp! It's great to have more options post-reopening. A bit of poker action sounds like a fun way to spend a Friday night.
