Considering this is such a flash casino, I was rather disappointed by the poor service. True, there aren't too many people here this afternoon, but it took me ages to get served - there wasn't even anyone at the bar to take my order. When the poor girl did arrive, she was out of breath, having to serve several people all at once and traipse over to every corner of the casino. When I ordered my curry, she even had to ring the chef up and confirm that they had rice!

This is a great casino in many ways, but whoever is in charge of employment really needs to add an extra pair of hands so they can improve the standard of service.

I'm not a regular here. Is this a one off?

Wayne Mardle raises it up preflop to 52,000 and David La Ronde makes it 200,000 from the next seat along.

"I think we're racing," says Wayne, but in the end, he decides not to gamble and makes the fold.

After being knocked about a bit Stuart was down to what was something like 140-150k, and when it was folded round to him  on the button, he pushed all-in for hsi stack.

Sam Trickett looked at his cards and called quickly with A-K which unsurprisingly was ahead of The Nutter, who had made his move for the blinds with the behind, but live .

Needing a Queen, Nine or a bunch of clubs to survive Stu was unable to find any of these on a three clubs board, meaning Stu Rutter is OUT, eliminated in 8th spot for £11,300

Good game Stu...and Sam Trickett recovers some of the damage done earlier with that pot.

Snoopy has the updated chip counts on their way...

I'd have to pick Martin I think Steve. He might beat me at poker but at least we'd have some conversation. With the younger mob it's all - "So I flatted, he shoved I insta-called, well with his range I considered the ICM and it was LDO."

Generally if I'm playing with anyone under 25 I never have a bloody clue what they're on about.

Nice to hear from you though. Hope to see you around for the WSOPE or the EPT.

Martin Jarvis raises it up to 40,000 and takes the blinds uncontested.

I believe the management must have saw your post . . . seconds after you left the bar there were 3 people behind the bar!

Sam Trickett raises it to 40,000 from the button and David La Ronde calls on the big. On the flop, Sam takes it down with a bet of 55,000.

Peter Arrigoni limps under the gun and David La Ronde and Martin Green check the small and big blind respectively.

David then bets 40,000 on the and his opponents both pass.

I think this is a pretty strong final.  I'd never played with any of them besides the Greenster before yesterday, but a bunch of them did some pretty smart stuff at various points.  La Ronde is my dark horse choice, he has a pretty unorthodox approach that I liked a lot.
