Lets say  Hi to                                                     Mr. Hatthehole

Hi ,Can you answer a few Questions for the thread

How have you known Rich and Jonesy and Brent ( The 3 pokerteers )

from playing £10 freezeouts at Moortown and gala casinos in leeds

Do you go to local Clubs

Yeah been to the new alea in leeds a couple of times.  Its pretty nice and the cardroom is well run by Dave (Dealem).
Also occasionally go to Naps and Gala but sadly no more Moortown since it shut down this week.

Where do you play on-line

Full Tilt, Stars, Party, Blonde and also started playing on Ladbrokes this week - trying to get a roll on there for the LEOCOOP.

How was your weekend , play any poker, any good

Ok,     a final on Ladbrokes and party. Thankfully my 10%s in Leknave made it into a winning weekend

So why are you called   Laxie  ?

LOL!!!  I'm asked that A LOT.  Also get digs for the name all the time.  Laxative jokes are a common occurrence.  Sigh.

I posted about it ages ago when Red asked.  Here it is:

Quote from: Laxie on July 27, 2007, 10:31:57 AM
You can have the mundane story of how I got the name if ya like.  A couple of years back I ruptured a disc at the top of my spine.  Had to have an operation and was totally out of commission for 6 weeks.  Kids were in their last 3 weeks of school and the day after they finished, my Mom flew them to America to spend the last 3 weeks with her.  I was bored to tears because I couldn't leave the house, so I decided to check out online poker.  When I picked the first site and went about registering, they wanted an alias.  An alias?  What the heck was I to pick for that?!  Sat here for ages trying to come up with one when a very close friend called to the house to see how I was doing.  She's from a townland called 'Laxie' (pronounced Lox eye) and was a great help to me during those long 6 weeks.  I get digs for the name at poker tables all the time, but I wouldn't change it for the world.  Figure, all the rubbish she had to put up with from me during that time, I can surely handle the odd joke about the name.  That pretty much sums it up.  You can blame the name on a dodgy back and a good friend.

So why are you called   Evilpie

It's a name that came courtesy of my ex girlfriend.

We bought a little Rottweiler a couple of years ago and she always used to call him cutey pie because he was so cute and cuddly.

When he grew a little bit bigger he developed a tendency to steal things and ruined some of her expensive clothes and shoes so she started calling him evil pie instead.

I thought it was quite catchy so I nicked it.

So why are you called  Junglecat03

Hi Crow.

I answered one of your emails today on Sky's The Club. Watch out for it.

When I first started playing my cat had just died and I called myself Panther2003 in her honour. Bit soppy but what can I say I really liked her !

Ever since, all my poker accounts have been cat related. Just before I joined blonde I played a lot as Junglecat so that became my name.

Fearless Feline is my latest incarnation though...

very nice good answer, loved the Balls of Steel bit

So why are you called "Inthebelly"

I'm actually called "turny" which is shortening of my surname. inthebelly (itb) is the name of the poker group I co founded 4 years ago
and I used the name inthebelly when I signed up for blonde.
Inthebelly is an expression we used to use when you got seriously outdrawn on the river...ouch in the belly!

if you ever see players with itb after their name online theres a good chance they're a member of our group.

hope that explains it lol

Yeah, thats great, good answer
