those t£cs are presumably in place as they don't want people to keep playing sats for the cash. your situation is a bit different, they should at least let you transfer it imo, you just need to find the right person to talk to about it

yah,i wanted to give it to my bro who has had a right shiddy time these past year or so (unplanned baby no3 mrs lost her job,IBS etc etc) would have cheered him up no end as he'd never imagine ever playing in such a large buy in,hopefully someone will be able to sort something out.

I did speak to Sarah on the day but she was new to the job and was unsure of the procedure
