Sorry, posting youtube links on the iPad is annoyingly inconsistent
I've paused after 10 seconds and I'm guessing Triumph Dolomite.
Pressing play again now...
Excellent video, Triumph Spitfire i would say.
Looking again, I think Spitfire is the most likely. I went for Dolomite because most of them had that twin choke Webber carburettor.
2 single SU carburetors .

Pretty sure it's a Mark II Spitfire from the indicators and split grille. My first car was a Mark IV.

I think you're right Dino, I just googled it.
First pic is a twin choke and the second one is two SU's.

This was a good place for bird spotting advice before so I thought I'd try it again
We were in Hyde Park last week and saw this - I assume - duck (?)

Does anybody have any ideas about a more specific breed name?

am I right in thinking the name Mandarin is somehow related to the frilled collars? Or is that the civil servants?

I'm seriously lost in all of this twin choke stuff.
Presently feeling as butch and manly as a SATC marathon with the girls...in jimjams...with Haagen Daas...followed by a hairbrush-aided singalong to Grease.
I like cars in the same way most men like girls on the front cover of the Daily Star. You might be interested in the vital statistics and know enough to talk a good game, but if someone starts warbling at you about what they studied at art college, they're going to get some funny looks.

I don't rightly know. I googled and found this.
Mandarin Duck is also called Beijing duck, feng shui duck or love birds. Mandarin duck is usually displayed in Love position to signify truly love and happy marriage.

That's the thing, you see. I'll happily talk all day about 0-60 times and bhp but have very little interest in how an internal combustion engine works.

quick work
Having looked at the Wikipedia article I realise the Mrs Mandarin Duck was also there, but wasn't as interesting so I didn't take a photo.
I have a feeling this might reveal some kind of character flaw :/

Just a note, didn't work in this case but in general TinEye reverse image search is useful for identifying stuff you don't recognise, so long as it's sufficiently well defined on the interwebs.

I thought that only found the image you were searching for?
Can it find images 'like' the image you're searching for then?
