Protein is the nuts after the gym, makes an incred amount of difference.
Id say 3 scoops/4times a day.
Never had any problems after having it, although 'protein farts' are pretty rank
How can you possibly know this without knowing:
a - what's in the product
b - what the rest of Paul's diet consists of
c - What Paul's training regime is
FWIW Paul and this is based on minimal information so could be complete bollocks. Use water, not milk. You'll end up having too much protein if you mix with milk. If you shit more than you used to you're consuming too much so cut down.
Unless you're training very hard you don't need extra protein from powders. Just changing your regular diet to add a bit extra will more than suffice and save you a small fortune. If you are training very hard though then some supplemenation will be essential just to maintain body mass.
Don't listen to too much you read on here. It's mostly gash.
Buy a few magazines with big men on the front covers. They all have loads of articles on diet that are based on much better information than that which is available to your average poker player.
