DTD Grand Prix week again

Grand Prix FAQ thread.
I usually get plenty of questions on a Grand Prix week so here are a few FAQ's I usually get.

1. Can I buy-in with cash?
A. Yes £80+£10 sterling is fine at the DTD Desk.

2. Can I use my $109 tickets?
A. Yes, just register them into the appropriate Holding Tank on partypoker.

3. I'm not sure about Holding Tanks.
A. You are more than welcome to come to the club and as long as you have your log in details the reg team can help.

4. What is the event structure?

5. How long will Day 1s last?
A. Day 1s are 12 x 30 min levels so will take 7 hours including breaks.

6. Any mega satellites?
A. Yes, 10 seats GTD at 5pm & 7pm for a $22 buy-in that feed into the next Online Day 1. 20 seats GTD at 9pm. All on partypoker.

8. Are there any Golden Chips?
A. Yes. They are running all this week. Look out for satellites that are labelled [+ Golden Chip]

9. Did you notice there was no number 7?

Tuesday's Grand Prix Update.

So here is a run down of how you can get involved in the £250,000 GTD Grand Prix today:

5pm - $22 buy-in - 10 x $109 Golden Chips GTD to tonight's 7pm Online Day 1.
7pm - Online Day 1 - $109 buy-in. 12 x 12 minute levels played.
7pm - $22 buy-in - 10 x $109 Golden Chips GTD to tonight's 9pm Online Day 1.
8pm - Live Day 1 at Dusk Till Dawn. £80+£10 cash buy-in. 12 x 30 min levels played. We have made this 12 levels so everyone benefits from the full 30 minute clock. We expect it to take 7.5 hours including breaks and bagging up. Similar finish time to XXLs.
9pm - Online Day 1 - $109 buy-in. 12 x 12 minute levels played.
9pm - $22 Mega Sat. 20 x $109 Golden Chips guaranteed.

We had our first Live Day 1 with new structure and 30 minute clock last night. In level 11 the average was 51 big blinds. In the final level the average was 45 big blinds.

Tonight we have a Live Day 1 at DTD at 8pm (play 12 x 30 min levels). The Day 1 finishes at around the same time as XXL's!

Or of course there are Online Day 1's on partypoker at 7pm & 9pm.

We have north of 800 runners now and could well be in with a shot at hitting the £250,000 GTE. If we do we will increase the next Grand Prix to £300,000

8pm - Live Day 1 at Dusk Till Dawn. £80+£10 cash buy-in. 12 x 30 min levels played.
9pm - Online Day 1 - $109 buy-in. 16 x 12 minute levels played. Serial finalist Cat Winch-Johnson (Misscat87) is coming off the back of two GPPT Mini Birmingham, a DTD GP and ladies event final tables! She will be the guest bounty in the 9pm.
9pm - $22 Mega Sat. 20 x $109 Golden Chips guaranteed.
