Early chip leader Howard Robson is getting the "Who wants to see him raise blind next hand?" treatment. Oh, everyone's such a good sport. Great MCing by our host; with only 10 minutes left til the break they don't need that much encouraging, though. I've bought some raffle tickets. Go orange 1 - 25!!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Paul 'M3Boy' Garnham all-in again, trying to encourage the handful of people who haven't felt the random gambling urge yet.
MC quote concerning the pies prize: "Mmm, it's in the gravy."
Dewi - great idea. Perhaps get him to dye his cats blonde...

There will be an auction, apparently. There is also a buffet which Angie seems to have made (!) Managed to sneak in there early before the ravenous horde descended upon it like locusts.
Joe Beevers has done 63 rebuys Ian Bland has had 45 Robert HM has had 15 - to give you some idea of the craziness of your average table...
Chip-runner Eugene says he's never seen anything like it.

Auction: Tony Banbury (Mr. Pickwick) picks up Harrington's first book signed by Joe Beevers, Ram and Carlo for £125 Looks like several publications are going to get this treatment...
'Man with a girl's car' picks up Cloutier's book, then 'Diary of a Mad Poker Player' with a Barny Boatman interview inside gets downbidded from £40 to £5 when they find out... Ian Bradley gets it for £60 - no, wait, at the last minute Tikay gets it for a surprise bid of £90!
Barry Greenstein's book "with lots of lovely pictures in, not too much writing" gets £75, more crazy auctioning tomorrow.
Tikay brought out Carlo's baby for bidding, but it looks like the impatience to start is kicking off the freezeout section.

PRIZES
The players are playing for half the money raised by the earlier rebuy frenzy, which amounts to £5,745!
Breakdown:
1 £2000 2 £1000 3 £600 4 £500 5 £450 6 £375 7 £270 8 £225 9 £200 10 £125
Ironside: this was a £10 comp officially, but what with the double rebuys, it's more like, oh, £100 a head.
