On the nfl.com issue, it's too late to try and do anything ahead of the drafts tonight, but it might be worth considering shifting them over onto Yahoo after the draft is done if the problem continues.  It would be the same process as I did for the DLeague, so not too onerous.

Open to views on this, but most of the DLeague feedback seems to have been favourable regarding Yahoo (and it's my favourite site for Fantasy NFL).

Not being able to stop the video highlights on nfl.com is bad enough, but the iPhone stuff is tilting beyond belief.

I've joined a mock draft.

Am I right in saying that in round number 1, team 1 can pick any player in the NFL he likes?  I understand we all swap round positions etc but when it's your go, you can choose any player you want that's not been selected?  There's no money value like the English Fantasy Football?

use the rankings shown to help you

filter it by position if you want..say you need a QB etc etc


its a snake draft..so if you pick 1 of 10 you then pick 10 of 10 in the next round

that is correct each player can only have  owner if you get first pick in round 1 you get last pick in round 2

Oooooh, this draft is fun. I put all my wanted players in my queue and they've all been picked by the time it came to my second round.  I'm going to have to make a list.... a big list!

There's a mobile app available, so you could keep an eye on things from a phone/iPad.  You'd probably look really impressive to your club members (tell them its the latest editing software, or something!)

just noticed that, i found it last night and turned it off and today its back at default

OK, my biggest panic for today was not getting sufficient signups to let the leagues run.  AdamM has PMed me to confirm he can't spare the time to play and I've not heard anything back from KitKeeper.  Other than that, everyone has responded.

The leagues were set up to be 12 players each.  As of right now I have 11 signed up in League A and 9 in League B.  Consequently, I'm going to ask one player to move from League A and re-sign into League B and draw the line at 20 players.

Just before I go and random number draw as to who this will be, this is to advise that it won't be GrahamC or MattyHollis, as both leagues have two rookie managers apiece, which seems fairly balanced.

Standby for further info.  I'll also PM the manager concerned to try and ensure this gets done before 8:30pm, when the draft order is randomised.

(Edit: Just realised I counted Nakor as a rookie in B, but he's a returning manager so it's actually 2 in A, 1 in B.  Have already published the draw result though, so not fair to change this now).
