I get frequent e-mails from party offering me freebies if I login - click on "promotions" - click on "click and collect" - then scroll down to reveal the prize.

I almost always ignore them but the lure of a possible $1K ticket was too much to resist, however when I followed the instructions there was no "click and collect" option in the promotions menu.

Any suggestions as to why this is so?

this is most often because the tickets are only available until noon the next day after the promotion goes live

for example there is one on monday and the text states "Login to your partypoker account right now, there is a ticket for the UK Championship Series or a satellite into the UK Championship Series waiting in your account, but hurry it will disappear at noon tomorrow."

if you are sure you are checking within the time period that these are visible, then of course not

It was sent 17/05 at 12.31pm and I checked a couple of times thinking perhaps i was too early the first time.
