think he means can he pass with only 400 left after his raise answer is no. Rather if your gonna raise 2000 and leave yourslef 400 you should have just jammed then no decision to make.

The last guy is probably going to win the hand, he has called 2 all ins. So the chance of a ladder is smaller than 50-50.

Throw into that the payouts are probably 50%-30%-20% the gain by folding and hoping the CL wins is small compared to the gain u get by calling and winning (you basically win the SNG)
