it hasn't settled
31-dec i think
Olympic Runner
Win
£57.20
15/8
Bet Ref: O/0140260/0000171
this was the maximum allowed
Started 5-6. Fluffed the start and hated the course. Some just don't take to the undulations. Meh. Value pie.

Dirty EW bet alert!! but it is a saturday at haydock so should be a goer
4.30 at Haydock
http://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing/haydock/16:30/winner
I fancy Banzari here. Stepping down in class and seems to prefer the softer ground. The 10/1 beats betfair too
Reccommend £12.50 EW
ok, will take your mind off events in north london
Banzari Haydock 16:30 Winner
10/1 Each Way (3 Places at 1/5 Odds)
Total Stake: £25.00
Potential Returns: £175.00

Looks like the very easy to use William Hill mobile website has been replaced by one that was a joint effort between the fellas who previously put together the Ladbrokes and Coral ones. At least it looks prettier than before, which is much more important than making it easy to put bets on.
If you want to experience the pleasure, Besharar 5/2 looks nice for a HIlls mobile £25 in the 2.35. I also did £25 e/w on Abseil 14/1 in the Cambridgeshire. You get to match betfair and get the free bet if 2nd and then 5 places is always nice. Horse is relatively unexposed for a 5 year old.
Don't ask me how to get rid of all the stuff that keeps getting in your way or how to get the place bet button to appear on the screen. Just keep going back then forward and try scrolling up. Eventually the place bet button will appear. Might still be at it when I wake up, mind.
took a bit of getting used to
anyway
£25 Besharar at 5/2 in the 2.35
£25 e/w Abseil in the Cambs. 14-1 1/4 5 places
both on wh mobile, money back as free bet if 2nd
No idea how that held on. Must be some horse. Ours close 3rd.

Lumiere is 14-1 for the 1000
That looks interesting, does it not?

Maybe, but it surely can't start like that and get home in the 1000. Chompy?

8/1 with paddy and others.
Any thoughts on getting Shalaa beaten? 1.44 for loads on the exchange.
Ground being reported as better than expected. Buratino?

Tipped her elsewhere because of course biases - frontrunners are massively favoured on the Rowley when the ground is decent and they're racing on the far side. She reminds me a lot of Attraction. Wouldn't put anyone off for the Guineas; she's by Shamardal and there's stamina on the dam's side, so she should stay.
I'd sooner have more on Emotionless for the 2000 though tbh.

looked like far side had advantage again, ours ran up there a lot closer than normal, no complaints.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all at TfT a very happy Invincibles Day.

scottish footbal update
aberdeen decided to rest the strikers who have been scoring and play a loanee upfront instead who hasnt done much in any of the games he has come on in the past
rooney came off the bench after 44 minutes for an injury end result 2-1 defeat, celtic had 24 shots at goal but managed to hold on for a 0-0 draw
aberdeen now only lead celtic by 4 points and griffiths has a 1 goal lead in the top scorer market from rooney and 2 other players

Tighty,
Fred is on Sunderland to finish bottom @ 10/1.
Can you ask the bookie if he intends to be nice, & pay out early, like a good bookie would?
