Pah, I forgot to make a note of the prize structure, so might have guessed someone would ask.
Well, let's work backwards. 1,261,000 chips in play, 6,500 srtarting chips, means 194 x 500 = 97,000 x 40%, so 38,800 to the winner. They will pay down to tenth I assume.
