This is very well worth watching, even though it made me squirm in my seat.

I admire Pat Murphy, like his work, & the lines he takes generally, but I think he went well ott here. Pearson is not answerable to a reporter, imo, he is only answerable to his Employers. Think I'd have told Murphy to bugger off.

loved the parts when Murphy keeps saying" i would come here more often" and you can just tell Pearson wants to say "i dont give a Sh** if u are here or not"

That was my favourite bit.  I think the media do think they are bigger than the game sometimes and Murphy's attitude was 'we fund the game so you dance to our tune' and Pearson's silent put down of him was funny to watch.

Anyone think Pearson just pulled off a massive masterclass in taking the pressure off his players all week before their biggest game of the season?  No one has had time to even mention this is a must win game for Leics as everyone has been too busy talking about the gaffer.
