should we be backing Mayweather at 1/3? He can't be 1/3 (technique, speed) against a novice can he?

it can't possibly be fixed to produce a second fight can it? or can it?

It sure can we know McGregor is getting a $100 million what does Money get?

Account for the PPV and the Sponsorship etc how much is this worth total?

There is a horse running today that I think is quite interesting and I was impressed by how it won it's maiden.

3:45 at Newbury, on paper it looks a hot race there have been some horses highly tried who run in it and I am sure there will be many to take out of the race afterwards.

The one I like and that was in my tracker is Sarshampala I was surprised when I opened up oddschecker to see it was 20/1.  In a 16 runner race with most books going 1/5 the first 3 the correct play is to back it to win but Paddy and Betfair SB are going 1/5 the first 4.

I thin this one is worth a couple of quid on the nose.  £10 to win £200 obviously go BOG in event it drifts further.

PP on FB....

Yeovil lost 8-2 on Saturday. Still, 61 punters backed 'em to win tonight. To reward their optimism, we're PAYING OUT those brave souls as a winner already!

lol...brilliant

This is not quite so incredible, I am waiting on Wolves for my 8 team acca.  All other games are comfortable.

Celtic played really well yesterday but they are still not palying at a 100%.

Could easily have scored many more than we did yesterday.

Watching the The Rangers game right now and you would have thought they had won the league by the celebrations when they scored.

I actually backed them at 4/5 as I think Motherwell are utter garbage and likely relegation fodder when they lose Moult.  They were 8/15 at kick off so more than happy with my 4/5 I got during the week.
You still think Motherwell are Relegation fodder. The refereeing decisions yesterday were diabolical.

That handball you never got was terrible.

I think when Moult leaves, which he will you will struggle badly.  Although on yesterdays performance if that is consistent you will survive the league.

Why are Celtic 1/9 for the Scottish league and not 1/100?

Because the closer we get to 10 the more barriers will be put in a way.

Anyone used BetBright?

Just deposited £20 to take advantage of their 4 x £10 free bet offer if you bet £20 on the first race, however everything shows as SP, and it states SP doesn't qualify for the offer!

Restricted after 3 days at Cheltenham and wouldn't take an e./w bet never used it since.  Shoddy Irish Wankers.

Maureen - who has been moaning about inflated transfer fees this week !!!- and his mancs seem incredibly short to win the league this season - as low as 3/1 in some books.

It's almost as though Lukaku is considered to be a serious upgrade on Ibra - I'm not at all convinced that he is.

Anyone else think untied are way too short in the market?

I do and have a sizeable bet with a colleague I have City -7 pts v United

Of course Aberdeen are favourites without Celtic, they are miles ahead.  Pedro has wasted more cash than they have and they have mortgaged the ticket sales and no doubt Euro income to get the upfront money to sign the likes of Dorans.  Half the players they have signed wont cope in the SPL.

Hibs at 20/1 might be worth a poke but its a big ask for them to finish ahead of Aberdeen/rangers/Hearts and probably even St Johnston on the first season Back in SPL

I get the impression the commentators (and plenty on here) are looking forward to seeing bad economic news, like a pack of hungry wolves hunting prey.

So nice to see inflation fall today from 2.9% to 2.6%.

Didn't see the 64,000 drop in unemployment figures, now lowest since 1975, mentioned by anyone here in last week either.

I'm sure there will be plenty of gloating when bad news comes.

False economy though innit.

No point in flooding the market with low paid temp jobs and forcing people clearly not fit to work back into an enviroment they are not prepared or able to cope with.

If it was well paid, sustainable jobs being created and not a massaging of figures I'd be happy.

Inflation reducing is clearly good news for everyone but I'd be willing to bet that it will burst 3% by the end of the year and we will see an interest rate rise.

As a leave voter though I am more concerned about the absolute mess this coaliation of chaos has got itself into.  Doomed I tell you.

Yeah my Mrs pays to park at work but she works in the City Centre and her employer negotiate a discount but it's still £35 a week in an NCP.  I claim the majority of my parking back being self employed.

But for NHS staff I think its deplorable that they are charged to park.  Especially as most of these workers do all sorts or crazy shifts.  If there was a parking charge to patients and visitors if that was going back to the NHS I'd be ok with it, but when it's going to private companies I think that is a bigger scandal.

bump

this didn't end well.

How the hell did it come to this?

one nurse had tickets amounting to £150,000.

Assuming this isn't just a massive typo, did she buy the bloody car park?

This is a scandal NHS staff should not be charged to park on site.
