Not a fan of naming people as I'll always forget a few but: claw, gatso, reddog, laxie, all were big characters on the forum and none really post anymore, and not surprisingly none of them played poker for a living.

Also both Tom and tikay's diary's were the best on here by miles and sadly both have stopped, sort it out ol' boys.

A lot of recreational players have moved away from Poker Ray, some permanently. Other people are just doing their thing.

As the forum has evolved it has done so into a higher percentage of hardcore poker enthusiasts, and it has more poker content than it did 2-3 years ago. The Sports board has also taken off.

There are less of the community threads, currently eg rate my breakfast etc

At some stage it will all evolve again.

thank you, it was incredible.  It took quite a few goes to take the top prize but glad I did it as being the undisputed champion of rate my fry up was probably one of the best achievements of my life
