I have and it's outside my living room and bedroom windows, bloody great scaffolding.

I live in a (generally)quiet first loor flat but the flat directly above mine is presently being completely gutted and having a new kitchen and bathroom installed as well as the new windows. As if that weren't bad enough the living room has a parquet floor which effectively turns my little flat into a loudspeaker.

At least they don't start work until after 9am most days.
