Is this a standard shove here? Bit rusty at the moment..

Certainly not standard but could be good against some villains and bad against others. You are paying an ICM tax if you do shove and get called being the 2 biggest stacks.

What do we know about this guy, is this his standard open, has he walked you before, r/f before etc.

He has limp folded before -when we were a bit deeper. He has also raise folded to me. I thought given the current chip distribution he has to call really really tight so a shove was pretty standard. I didn't put much thought into it in game it just seemed the correct play. I got called by a part of his range that I definitely thought I would have folded out.

Yeah unfortunately just because he should fold doesn't mean they will.

Given reads it sounds like a fold to me.

Your notes on him would suggest he should have a green sticker, don't expect them to care, or even know what ICM is.
