Ryan Fronda
"Struggling now, haven't found a hand or a spot for two levels really and I am in a difficult position as Surinder has so many chips and I can't attack him, yet have to raise through him. Tried to steal the blinds a couple of times and been pushed off pre-flop and now I think its shove time"

True to the mini-interview,
Ryan
Fronda
shoves the first hand back with A7 and walks into Moominbot2 in the blinds with
. No help and he is out in 20th
"it was the first Ace I have seen in aeons" (actually he said ages, but I like the word Aeons)

Matt
Perrins
is out, he pushed blind for 58k from the small blind (he actually only had 6-2o). David Maudlin took about a minute to
nitroll
call with A-Q from the big blind. No luck and we're down to two tables.
Oh and I'll leave you to guess what Kenny Burke thought about Matt Perrins play...

We've broken to two tables and table Loadsachips is a real doozie
In a row Joey Lovelady, Moorman2, Chi Nguyen, Surinder, George McDonald. We'll see what Kenny makes of this lot!
Only Karim Joseem on the other table has anything like the individual stack of these guys
Just now blind on blind Surinder raises to 25,000 and McDonald pushes for 135,000 total in the big, Surinder dwell-passes

Rory
Campbell
has spun out of the running. He moved in once more from the cutoff and Surinder dwelt for ages before calling on the button, Rory looked in agony before the call purely because Surinder takes a long time with every decision, usually a minute or more anytime Rory had pushed.
This time though they were raising, Campbell flipped
, Sunar showing
.
for an 18th place finish for the youngster. The Sunar-crushing-machine marches on. Very. Slowly.

Edward Lundon raises to 24k on the button. Kenny Burke flat-calls in the big blind with 33k behind. Joey Lovelady raises one eyebrow.
Burke moves all-in. Lundon folds
face up. Burke shows
. Lovelady and George McDonald share a smile.

Two exits to report on
The ever patient
Mickey
Wernick
at last found a hand, Jacks and pushed into Karim Jomeen who called with K7 in the blinds and hit a King
Kevin McInally then pushed UTG and Ross Parkhill next door pushed over the top. This was a classic unavoidable race, Kevin's Jacks against Ross' AK off. King on the turn, King on the river knocked Kevin out
15 left

Surinder raises in mid position
Edward Roger re-raises from the small blind
Surinder calls
This has already become a large pot. Over 100,000 in the middle
flop
Edward bets 65,000
Surinder thinks. Thinks some more. Thinks again. We can hear the whirring of the camera and the jingle of the gaming tables as we wait. He Passes
Edward throws
over in the general direction of the flop
Surinder cracks a smile and nods his head in appreciation

Huge pot for David Maudlin.
Karim Jomeen raised preflop to 24k and Paul Gardener moved all-in for about 130k. Then David Maudlin moved all-in behind him and left a big decision for Jomeen. Eventually the latter called with
, Gardner had
and Maudlin flipped
. But this is where it got controversial, Jomeen flipped his Queens as soon as he called but Maudlin waited until after Gardner had flipped his cards before he turned over his Kings and Jomeen said, "Thanks for the slowroll."
board eliminated Gardner and left Jomeen short but the latter was more concerned that Maudlin had waited too long to show his cards. "You know you've got the best hand, I'm just saying open your hand. It's bad etiquette."
Maudlin was unrepentant, "I never slowroll anyone."
I'm not totally sure it was a slowroll or not, but Maudlin did take longer than most would to flip over Kings when they know they have to have the best hand, so I can understand why Jomeen is upset, but Maudlin did take ages to call with the A-Q earlier though so perhaps it's just his style.
Jon Raab, who watched the hand also, thought it wasn't a slowroll.
