Do you want the monies sent to your usual bank? £85 for 1%?
Yes please, Simon, though no rush yet awhile.
Can you up mine to a tooth, or whatever we call that in the fens.

Delighted to, David, thanks.
I'm assuming a "tooth" is 2%, right?
Bloody Chompy & his silly words, lowering the class here.

Morning Alan.
How did you spot this? I've not been doing much Diary stuff lately, but people keep popping up on here. I ought to make a bit more effort to post. Just so busy with stuff.
Anyway, yes, of course, 2%

Hi Adam,
You were already on the list, almost at the very top - you must have asked previously.

The Stakers List has now been edited to reflect those.
It can be found here.....
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=25486.msg2041602#msg2041602
Those who have paid are in
BOLD
.
That takes us to 51%, if nobody drops out. (Some generally do). I don't have a fixed % in mind, but that feels about right.
I'll start a Reserve List in case there are any latecomers, & they can come in if anyone drops out, or I'll release a few more %, especially if they are previous buyers.
If I have forgotten anyone who asked previously, apologies, I can add you to the list if you remind me.
So for now, thank you very much. You must all be very optimistic sorts.
There will, of course, by Tourney Reports as we go along. Can't promise any returns, but I can promise a ton of great excuses.
I head to Vegas on May 29th, & the first event will be @ Venetian, on Saturday 30th.

Probably just as well, David.

Bit of a struggle to keep the Diary updated right now, been so busy, & generally fatigued, but as so many of you have kindly purchased some of my annual Vegas action, I ought to make a bit more effort.

I used to post all the geeky stuff I observe & which interests me on here, but with blonde numbers slowly dwindling, I've been sticking them elsewhere recently to try & rev up blonde a bit.
Anyway, some poker news - last Sunday I poodled up to DTD to play the little UKIPT Omaha.
Karabiner & Maria were both playing, which was as good as it gets. I never got to share a table with Karabiner, but Maria & I shared, & had some wonderful fun. Marcel Luske was, as always, very entertaining, & we battled all afternoon. He is tremendous table company, really good.
Was a nice enough structure for a 1 dayer, perfect really. It was, I thought, a pure freezeout, so I was a tad nonplussed & a trifle disappointed that, apparently, at the last minute, they changed it to a re-entry. No big deal I suppose, & it did not affect me as it happens, but if they change these things at the last minute, I do think they should ensure everyone is aware. Anyway, it made no odds to me, so never mind.
I started with a cracking table - everyone smiling, & chatty, & I had Chinese Frankie to my right, who was dancing a bit.
I did OK, won a pot or two, notably an odd one where we saw this run out....
I had raised it pre, & a tightish lad - very nice kid - flatted me.
I did not like that flop one bit, but I bet out, & he called behind.
I bottled it on the turn, & he checked behind.
The river made the board even worse, & I suppose I should have found a bet, but I just felt I could not possibly bet now, & I was ready to wave the white flag if my man bet behind me. He checked, glory be. I was almost sure he would show up with either the straight, or a middling set. He had K-K, so I left a few chips behind I suppose, but it just seemed hard to think what I could beat if he was calling me on that flop.
So I was off to a nice start, but then I got a table move. Bugger.
EDIT - I had the Aces, obv.
