Tuan Le, who is being heavily supported by his brother on the rail, has just made a vital and correct call against Dave Smith. With the board reading 8d-2d-2h-4d-4s, Tuan (big blind) checked into Dave (button) who bet out 5.4k. Tortured with a decision that would take a decent chunk out of his stack, Tuan eventually made a brave call with Kd-5c. "You're massive," announced Dave Smith as he could only muster a bare Queen. Correctly assuming that Dave wasn't commending the girth of his trouser snake, Tuan threw his cards in and collected the pot with that understandably smug expression that one might wear after making a good call with a team of bloggers watching. Dave Smith drops to 77k.

That's the worst tribute act I've ever seen. The one in the middle looks nothing like Agnetha.

Caught in "I'll get my coat" motion, there has been further exitage in the form of George Kennedy. All-in with versus the of Daniel Byrom, the board, and George's inner thoughts, came out as such...

= good card

= good card

= sweaty palm card

= good card, one more of those please...

= Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (That's a bad card in case anyone didn't realise what the Argh! meant)

Errr... Maybe? It's definitely started, and there's 26 minutes left of level 1 on the clock. That mean anything to you? Good luck to your dad!

Pete Linton's chip count is a bit misleading, it makes it seem like he's just been sort of average or something, which is not the case. As I wandered over to his table, he was pretty short on 40k or so  - big surprise, he'd lost a massive hand just moments earlier - and he was now all in, called by Lucy Rokach. And he's ahead!

Pete Linton -
Lucy Rokach -

Board - and Eightless

It takes almost forever to count up Pete's two massive stacks of low-denomination chips:

Lucy is very unhappy about all of this, and coughs up the 42k entirely in the 100 chips. This is what Pete's stack looks like now:
