I have played with Adam at both London and Nottingham Ukipts recently and obv mixed games are his speciality and he had a load of deep runs in Malta just after Nottingham.

Defo a name for the future in mixed games imo and plays sometimes against Picken

Confirmed played him quite a bit at NLO8/PLO8.  He is one of the better regs.  Didn't previously know his real name.

Gregory Kolo leads the way in the $1k Turbo event w/ 29 players remaining. First place takes home just shy of $300K

john gale 2/29 overnight

stuart rutter 9/29

good luck both tomorrow

http://www.wsop.com/pdfs/reports/14218%5CEv18-EoD-1-Counts-by-Chips.pdf

Tony Blee of the UK LivePubPokerLeague is in 19th place overnight. Liam Alcock of the LPPL made the final table of this same event last year. Both have Hendonmob's which just show them winning their Vegas trip, but other winnings of $0 prior to the WSOP.

This made me smile on his twitter

Life achievement, "worst fucking player" he's ever seen.

Lots of big names missing from this years WSOP

I haven't seen mention of:

Ivey
Greenstein
Dwan
Schulman
Selbst
Lindgren

Any idea why these hardy perenials are seemingly not involved this year?

Failry sure I saw Barry Shulman's missus in one of the updates for plo8 or plo8/stud8.  So I assume Barry is there too.

edit. just checked and he is in the same event (plo8/stud8 ) and has made the last 3 tables.  He is sat on the same table as Ben Dobson.

Good luck Ben

Nick not Barry.

I certainly don't consider that bulldog licking piss off a nettle (copyrite D Feherty), Barry Shulman, a big name Smiley

Nick doing commentary on the 10k razz stream currently

Event #16: MILLIONAIRE MAKER $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em

Randy Pfeifer Leads Final 17 Players In Battle To Be Millionaire Maker Champion

Of the 17 players that remain, Mike Sexton is probably the best known player, with the WSOP Bracelet Holder and Poker Hall of Famer finishing the day with 3,300,000 chips. He will be joined by two time bracelet winner and 2008 WSOP Player of the Year Erick Lindgren (5,450,000) and well known online players such as Andrew "LuckyChewy" Lichtenberger (1,340,000), Niall "Firaldo87" Farrell (1,875,000) and Olivier "livb112" Busquet (5,150,000). They will all be chasing down our chipleader, Randy Pfeifer, who has 6,500,000 in chips

good luck to firaldo tomorrow. someone warn the rio what the rail will be like if he finals. it'll be a bit lionel.
