as Mr C.Kevin of Colchester Essex is currently away I take the liberty of reproducing the following:
It will disappear from the forum before his return in six days
" Hello Pokergirlie,
I would like to welcome you to Blonde. If there is anything I can do to help please let me know. It's such a coincidence you live in Witham because I am very close to there!
You ask whether there are any games in the area? Well I know of one home game you'd be very welcome to attend!
Would you like to tell me a bit about yourself? I'm 40 and I'm a professonal railbird for a living. "What's that?" I hear you ask (it's ok, you can ask people like me on Blonde anything!!). Well I travel the length and breadth of the country to casinos, sit there all night drinking and eating pies (I love pies, what's your favourite food?) and when one of my mates who can actually play poker wins some money I shout "AAAYYYYAAARRRRRRR" at the top of my voice)
It's very fulfilling. I used to live in Burnley. Have you ever been there? Lovely place. Great pies.
You may have noticed some pictures of me in the site wearing a table cloth and a white T shirt saying I love Scotland! We're such pranksters, and especially me! There's nothing I wouldn't do for my friends!
In addition I help old ladies across the road, run a sanctuary for neglected kittens and cook great pasta. With pies.
Anyway, that's enough from me. If you want to reply privately, I'd love to hear from you."

Sometimes you have to suffer a little bit in your youth to motivate yourself to succeed in later life.
Do you think if Bill Gates got laid in high school, do you think there'd be a Microsoft?
Of course not.

Hi PokerGirlie,
I live in Bury St Edmunds and i have heard of some games that go on in Ipswich. I think the guy to talk to for tht on here is called TheDiceman.
As for Bury i am trying to set up a regular game in a funky bar that we have here, should be a good friendly game with small buy ins to start of with.
I think Bury is just about in your 45 minute range and you would be ery welcome.
Also i think there is a new poker club opening up in Colchester although ill leavethat for
to confirm.
Nice to meet you
