Does anyone have any details of the deal? Someone said 17k, which means it must have been done multiway as 2nd was 16k!

Well thank you EVERYBODY.......

A tourney Report is in the oven, but to fill in a few details now......

No, it will NOT be on Poker 425. The Vic was, quite correctly, our venue of choice this week. It (Gutshot) was recorded for TV by PokerZone - I THINK that's Channel 226. Proper TV Table, hole card cameras, mices, the lot, I understand they will show the Final "properly". Gulp....... I heard it would be on in a few weeks, but I really don't know.

The deal? It was nip & tuck, Chip Daddy had 450k, I had 340k & Mr Christmas had 301k, all "ish". Both the lads seemed keen to do business, I was too tired to argue, I just said I'd go with the flow. Play it out, lock some up, or chop. They both wanted a chop, so chop we did. Chip Daddy proposed £20k, £16,850, £16,850, done. (Structure "official" was £26k, £16k & £11k I think). Unusually, Dealers can be tipped at Gutshot, so Winner & I both left £500, dunno what Tom did, but those dealers worked their socks off.

Well done to the winner, he simply murdered me heads-up, & that's all she wrote.

Some very touching comments in this thread, I don't know what to say.

The Update - clearly, there was a bit of pinching from Gutshot, which I was completely unaware of. We don't mess with Gutshot, they don't mess with blonde, we all get along fine. I am sure that, on this one occasion, Derek & Barry will be understanding of what happened, & why. If blonde can repay the favour one day, we will.

Derek & Barry were simply marvellous, thanks guys.

So were Sporting Odds.com, a story which i am still trying tio find time to tell you. But briefly, they sponsored me, & I'd like to publicly thank them for that.
