I think I made this a four way tie last year, which is a bit of a cop out.  Given that some of my favourites have been quieter this year, I'm going to give my nomination this year to Chompy for his daily updates on the Luton thread.  He has a great gift for finding new and original ways of saying what is essentially the same old guff every day.  His observational comedy is genius too.
