Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul - With US pace Spoilers
«

I have just caught up with BB and wanted to talk specifics, but didnt want to spoil it for the guys on the TV thread.
Holy shit! Greatest show ever. What a way to end mid season.
For me it felt like Walt's story is now over, and the rest of the season will be about Hank taking him down from his perspective. Walt became very unsympathetic (in a good way) and as a character I can't really see him going back to being a nice guy, so I just feel that Hank might become the protaganist (and Jesse is still a hero).
Discuss.

"I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desart. Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed:
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away"
......would suggest otherwise.

The episode where Hank got shot in the car park was awesome. Hank is a hero.

You really think it's the greatest show ever? Seen every episode but very meh about it. Doesn't make my top 10 tbh.

Not greatest show ever but elements are close imo.
Incidentally I have read the poem above again a few times and now think that it is foreshadowing Walts death or downfall......anyone else have an interpretation?

I love the fact that Jesse always calls him mr white, but in series 2 as an insult calls him Walt!
There is so much subtle stuff in there it's amazing!

Can we please make this spoilers only up to the currently aired US episode.
i.e. no spoilers about what is to come as I believe there are some out there.

Really enjoy the show, but don't think it makes my top 5 at present, however, I really liked the way they ended the last episode and am excited to see how it plays out.

Your top 10 please. I need something new to watch. I've seen BB, Walking Dead, Prison Break.
