Hi everyone. For those of you who don't know me my name is Andrew Hulme and I am a professional poker player. I specialise in online mtts and have been focussing on these very hard over the last 18 months or so.

Highlights include:
2nd Sunday Warm Up (chopped 4 handed for $71k)
1st Sunday 500 ($58k)
1st in Hotter 55 twice in 6 weeks (both $20k+)
1st Big 55 ($19k)
2nd GPS Online (~$16k)

I've also had some decent(ish) live results, such as:
2nd in Poker770 MPS event for £21k
4th DTD Supersized Deepstack for £14k

Had some close calls in Vegas last year making the last 120-odd in a huge $1500 event and a 20th place in the $2.5k Wynn Main Event, but no real cigar.

Hopefully I can make some major improvements to that list this year!

I am selling a package for some events in Vegas this summer from June 24th-July 5th.

I went last year and played events at several different venues which I think gave me a decent grasp of where the value was/wasn't, and have created my schedule with this in mind.

Below is a list of events I am planning to play this year. You will notice there is an event every day. This is a business trip for me so I intend to spend a decent amount of my time playing poker tournaments. It is however highly unlikely I will play all of the tournaments listed because: a) Some of the tournaments are multi-day and will overlap, and b) I will inevitably take the odd day off when required.

Just got back from dinner break on day 1 of 3k. Got 28,700 going back at 200/400 which was a good start on a decent table. Flush entity and Kevin macphee got moved here so bit tougher now. Gl us

Hey guys, quick update:

We're off to a decent start, made day 2 of the 3k with 48,800 which is right around average. Feel like I played really well today making only one real mistake. (peeled 88 pre vs aggro guy when I think it would've been better to 3b/5bai) but only lost like 800 in the hand so yeah low variance lines are fine I guess.

Had 65k going into the last level which at the time was double average, but lost AQ vs JJ despite turning a flush draw for 16k each, and T9 vs QJ for 13bb bvb despite flopping AT4, in the last hour, to leave us with average now. Is fine though, table was reasonably soft all day so now just looking forward to tomorrow.

Oh, this also means that unless we bust pretty early tomorrow, we're gonna be missing the Venetian $2500

Skipping today's Binions 1k. It's Keith's birthday, and we're gonna do some other Vegassy stuff today. (Going to see the new Cirque du Soleil, spa, maybe some shopping, and probably some decent food somewhere) Also Binions is horrible! Refunding for the 2.5k Venetian and that means that 1% so far returns $128.27

Hmm, given what I've seen/heard so far this year, seems like the Rio $1.5k might be significantly better value tomorrow. Gonna play it by ear a bit, but I presume no-one has an issue with me swapping this in for the Venetian 1k using the returns from the previous 2 days? The Rio has shorter starting stack, but its very similar to Stars tournaments in that regard and starts at 25/25, so pretty comfortable there and think I adjust better than most. Let me know your thoughts...

Deffo convinced we made the right decision in terms of value, but it wasn't to be today. Started with 4500, was pretty card dead all day and the decent starting hands I did have I mostly ended up folding pre anyway! Fluctuated between 5500 and 3500 and eventually got in jj vs 88 at 75/150 for 4k each and lost. 1k Venetian tomoro, gl us

No good at the Venetian I'm afraid. Lost a couple of pots earlyish making a couple of incorrect/probably bad river calls. That left me short throughout really, grinded the fuck out of^TM 10-20bbs like a warrior for about 6 hours before busting in the last level of the day jamming AT into QQ. Didn't play my greatest poker today, but certainly tried my best. Onto the next one... Rio 1500 tomorrow

Arrived a little later than planned at about 5 to 12 so had to queue for almost an hour for the 1500, which was a bit annoying. Not as annoying as getting in kk vs QQ pre in hand 2 and losing on k74. Gl us tomorrow.

Think we still have ~3000 of unplayed tournament refunds. Im planning to use 1k of this tomorrow to play the 1k WSOP at the Rio which starts at twelve, and if i bust early/before 6ish, head to Aria for their 1k main event which starts at 6. I will only play Aria if I feel like I can grind out the whole day, shouldn't be a problem though already played 2 15hour+ days on this trip and not really got tired at all yet. Any thoughts/objections?

Lost the plot... stayed up all night playing Chinese at Rio like a massive degen which is kind of unlike me. Huge losing session, super tilted, really pissed off with myself since I really wanted to play this 2.5k but given the lack of sleep and tiltedness, feel like I should skip it. Busted Aria 1k yesterday losing 77 vs AK for double average with 80 left.

So... venetian 1k trip report. Played really well in this tournament I think. 1 pretty interesting river spot which I'm gonna post on PHA but rest was just super standard. Chipped up really well without showdown, and pretty much no value hands, but got short after this pot and ended up re-shipping 16bb btn vs CO with Q9s and not getting there vs AQ.

Not entirely sure about plans for tomorrow. The one drop should be pretty sick value so kind of tempted to skip the Venetian 6max which may not be that soft, and play both one drop days if required. I assume everyone would be ok with this? Not 100% though. Will decide in the morning I guess.

He check calls and check jams qd turn which gives me flush draw. This would have been excellent news had he not had the 63ss. For followers of pfapb almost identical to how he bust another event this series... Fairly brutal

Busted nex hand committed in the big blind. Didn't look till the turn when we were heads up. Was delighted to find I had k5 on q655 which also wasn't winning. Ridiculous queue at cash desk so gonna pick up the money a bit later, will let u know how much exactly it was but 3k ish

So - were done, and while I skipped a few more events than I would have liked feel like I played really well the whole trip and provided you with a good value investment. Actually think I ran pretty darn badly in tournaments on this trip so the fact we've come back with some returns is really a testament to the structures and the softness of the fields.

The above added up means the final value of the package is $24,473.40

1% returns $244.73. So a small loss on the package. Disappointing but feel like I gave us a pretty good chance of a big score had we won some of the more crucial pots.

So yeah, playing main event now, messed up the planning a bit and this is obviously very short notice but I'm selling 40% @ 1.3 which I think is really good value.

Priority will go to investors in this package  but if it gets to 10am Vegas time tomorrow I will open it up for general sale. Anyone can be put on the reserve list from now for any excess.

Lost a big pot early - one for Pha, bit chip hide age was just a coincidence, had most of it back by then. 27k

Barrelled flop/turn with two overs and fd. Bricked and lost to pair/worse fd. Diamond one time?' 21k.

Sorry for lack updates guys, phone ran out of battery. Pretty horrible day, busted just before the last level of Day 1. Lost pretty much every pot, couple for PHA but the rest were just kind of standard, made barely any pairs/draws, and when I did they were no good. Didn't repeat mistakes of last year but it wasn't meant to be.

Ran terrible with table draw, had Paul Berende to my immediate left who I think is really good, have played with him before, and 2 to his left some really aggro guy who was also playing pretty well. To be fair I played almost no pots with these two anyway as I was opening pretty tight and trying to play pots in position against the other players at the table. Bustout hand reshipped KQs for 25bb vs ep open from really aggro guy who was opening incredibly wide (shown down 24s from utg etc) and a flat and aggro guy has the Aces and flops us dead.

Not a lot else to say really. Pretty disappointed but walk away with head held high this year!
