Win
Single: Fabian Cancellara @ 12/1
1 line at £6.79 per line
Total stake for this bet: £6.79
Potential returns: £88.27
No: O/23146337/0000477

Total stake: £6.79
Free bets voucher: £0.00
Total Cost: £6.79

restricted

Cancellara is still leading, but Rui Costa has set a blistering time at the first time check. Could be game over if he can keep this pace going.

Costa is flying, and looking like he'll take the lead. Will be a bitter pill to swallow if our 10/1 shot is undone by a 50/1 outsider (might have been 80/1 at one point).  Shocked

Top 10 20/6-2014 17:02
1. Tony Martin 31.37
2. Tom Dumoulin +0.22
3. Rui Costa +0.28
4. Fabian Cancellara +0.41
5. Mathias Frank +0.45
6. Lawson Craddock +0.59
7. Stef Clement +1.02
8. Ion IZagirre +1.06
9. Thibaut Pinot +1.13
10. Mattia Cattaneo

meh. Had a chance there, but last few riders just too good. Guess they're top of the GC for a reason.

Well done on Rizeena Doobs.

Probably best not to mention what happened at the start.  Wink

noticed Tour KOM market

http://www.oddschecker.com/cycling/tour-de-france/king-of-the-mountains

not done any research yet as to the mountains points favouring GC riders or climbers with KOM ambitions.

CWS?

Can't find the rules anywhere, but assuming it's double points for summit finishes as in previous years, GC riders are heavily favoured. With five summit finishes this year, and not many KOM points on offer mid-stage, it looks like a straight fight between Froome and Contador (with Valverde a joker). My money's on Contador.

Looking at the stages & with the ITT falling on stage 20, yes I think Contador looks a good shout. He'll be looking to gain time ahead of the ITT. Stages 8 to 10 should see early GC skirmishes. 13 & 14 at the end of the second week be more decisive. The final week in the Pyrenees, stages 17 & 18, final selection. The uncertainity is the GC battle (& therefore any points) could be fought out behind stage breaks. With Froome & Contador looking to be a class apart, the other teams will be throwing all at stage wins.

Valverde at 25/1 looks value. Cracking form all year, continuing in the Route du Sud this week. Goes well generally in final week of GTs & may have room to escape for stage wins if off the pace of GC.

Rodriguez could feature. He will ride in support of Spilak I think. Building towards the Vuelta after his crash in the Giro. He could well be flying come the final week & will be no threat to GC.

Obrien well trained by the Irish Mafia in talking total BS.  Glad the stewards didn't fall for it.

he is very eloquent, and represented the owners well. did exactly what you'd want him to do to try and get the race

claiming the horse was spooked for a few lengths before the bump because it could see what was about to happen was a stretch too far!

3:45 tmrw Telescope is best price 5/2 with hills at the moment and beats bf. Offer is valid. If Doobs agrees it's a bet for the offer.
