Action on table 32 just before the break.
Anon raises to 900 and is called by Darren Copus.
Kyriacos 'Greek Jack' Dionysiou shoves the remaining 5,600 into the middle.
Peter Wigglesworth raises over the top for 12K.
Anon and Darren move out of the way and we go to the races:
Jack =
Peter =
...and we say goodbye to Jack.

Two 53 hands to discuss.
Matt Russell under the gun with the blinds at 100/200. Raises to 600 with his
.
BB calls.
Flop is:
(must be nice)
BB leads for 800, Matt raises to 2K with the benefit of his lagtard image, position, and top two pair.
BB calls.
Turn:
BB bets 1,200 and Matt Pie flat calls.
River:
BB bets 2,500
Matt flats, leaving 1,200 back.
BB shows
Matt's
is good.

Blonde Updates MTT on DTD starts at 10pm*. $10 buy in.
I'm in and had a late night last night, so easy chips for someone!!
Join us for a bit of banter to pass the night away while we keep track of the Lad's updates.
If you don't already have a DTD account, use the banner over there >>>>>>
*Says 9pm, but the new time difference makes that a lie. It's at 10pm...honest.
See you there!!!

But this 53 story is better...
Phil Clarke raises from middle position to 400 with 53o, and he's called by the button.
Flop is
Phil checks, button bets 800 and Phil calls with his up and down straight draw.
Turn is
Phil checks again, button leads out for 1,500, and Phil calls again.
River is
Phil checks again giving up on the hand. The button checks behind.
Now it gets interesting. Phil announces "You must win" - the other player says, "No, I can't win" and proceeds to muck his hand. Phil asks the dealer if the button's hand is dead, and the dealer confirms. So Phil reveals 53o and takes down the pot. The other player said he'd mucked 83o and was just trying to steal the pot and thought he was dead on the river.
Nice to win a 6K pot with a showdown (of sorts) with 5-high.

They're the counts from the break. So we'll go and see what's happened since and see what the lay of the land is.
Any requests?

Tikay has slumped even further to 3,700.
David Jones doesn't smile much when he plays, and currently he doesn't have too much to smile about with 8K.
Ben Turnstill is a little more comfortable with 12K, but will want to accumulate some more chips as soon as he can.
