Thought I'd post this just to hear your thoughts on this situation from aresenal2004's view. Would you CALL or FOLD? I hadn't been on the Final table for long, maybe 10-15 hands but was playing tight but not overly aggresive like here. I'll let you know what I was holding 2mrw morning. >:?

Tricky one, I probably wouldn't call, I'd let it go, even if the other person was bluffing, I'd rather that than lose all my chips, especially at that stage in the game, but good on you anyway Smiley

It's a HUGE overbet by you. So unless you have trips, it's an easy decision. But if you make that big an overbet, he's only going to call with a hand like KQ anyway, he'd muck most hands even with top pair.

It's hard to put you on a hand that you would just limp with preflop but would now want to go all in with (for 3x pot) that is ahead, maybe a ropey 2 pair - but would be odd to play such a hand preflop - especially at this stage.

I'd guess you might have a flushdraw or worse queen, but it's easier to say that when my chips aren't at risk.

Pocket 4's or QT is my final answer Chris, I don't need to use a lifeline.

I better add, I'm the biggest rookie out there, never work out odds (don't really know how too) and break out in a sweat when on a final table.>:? Only been playing now for around 6 months.

OOOPS...I was meant to leave out TEXAS_JAY WINS 220894.70 FROM MAIN POT, but as you know I won I'll reveal my hand

And I finished in 1st place disco It was only a $3.50 MTT but picked up a nice $288.00  Grin  2nd MTT win.

Well done. Though you're lucky he had top pair great kicker, I don't think I could fold KQ there either.
