i know we have discussed this before but i am still not sure we know the full story.

Mourinho's defeats at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League: First 99 games: 1 Last 7 games: 4

"To create chances Chelsea left themselves open on the counter. They're not very good. " was a comment i saw about yesterday

Chelsea's first loss to PL newcomers in 14 years

Eden Hazard hasn't scored a Premier League goal in 18 games, a run lasting 1645 minutes.

Chelsea basically need two points a game from here just to hit 60, never mind anything resembling a top four place.

what are your views on the reasons for their short term decline?

I watched a bit of the game yesterdya, and second half they battered Bournemouth.

What I did notice was that when Fabregas got the ball, he killed any tempo and momentum the rest of the team had built up by taking far too long on the ball, and generally playing sideways passes.

I honestly think that if they just got shot of him, or told him to speed it up a bit, it would have a big impact on their performances.

I thought Willian was their best player and that lad with the mask on (Matic?) also looked very good too.

Playing with Hazard up top is never going to work, he needs to give Diego Costa a massive but up the arse and get him scoring goals again.

They arent far away from being back on it IMO, but it needs the players to realise they have to actually put some work in

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich would be "foolish" to sack manager Jose Mourinho, says former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

The defence has gone.

Eveyone can see Terry has finally lost it (hurrah!) but Cahill and Ivanovic are shadows of their former selves too.

I guess the cehtre of defence will be Zouma and Stones next season.

Having the best keeper in the Europe out injured is a massive neg too of course.

Chelsea v PSG

never mind psg, they have sunderland and watford next....

i know there has been some  talk on here about not rubbing it in to other teams  fans but lets face it, chelsea are in freefall and it is a pleasure to witness.

its nearing the end game, right?

Mourinho says "one possibility" for downfall is last season he "did an amazing job and brought players to a level that is not their level."

Mourinho  "if I was a player, I'd be giving a lot more".

Mourinho criticising his players in public, feeling "betrayed" and writing off top-4 hopes

Certainly, the prospect of no CL next season must hurt.
