The first session of Selby-Carter was extremely high quality. Selby was brilliant, led 5-1 and completely froze Carter out and Carter showed immense character to end 5-3
resume at 10am tomorrow.

This Rezwaan gamble is such comedy.
000-90, trained by Murty McGrath and 7yo. Be a shambles if it wins. Wonder what explanation they'll give if it does?
"It always runs well in the spring" should do it.

Joke Choral have Music Master at 7/4 for the 3.10 Warwick tomo.
No idea why, as I wouldn't want to lay odds against.
Recommend £60 win @ 7/4. Glglgl getting on.
Thank you Mr Humillatah, top work.

Surely this has to be a lay now? I appreciate it is almost certainly a plot but it has run here 3 times without placing and it has run 13 times at Lingfield which shares some of Brightons characteristics and only won once, also whilst it won on soft ground once its sire has an awful record on softer ground and it was unplaced in 5 other attempts on softer ground. Seems like a lot could go wrong to me.

Think Selby will be pretty frustrated that he isn't further ahead to be honest. Carter always fights hard and did so again. Good stuff.

Shambles, race was won easily by a 13 year old!

A 13yo that has placed in 8 out of 20 attempts at this specialists track and was allowed to go off at a double figure price in a race with a false favourite. Given everything you would assume I was on wouldn't you?

Incidentally, if the 13 year old had not slipped his field, the 7 year old would probably have won, or so it looked to me.

One almost always does win. Kind of the point of having a race

Yes....one decided the optimal strategy for the race would be to lay the 7yo......for a place.

Race was dominated by middle-aged performers. Stick with the proven gnarlers.
