Corbynites contest the argument there are no circumstances Corbyn would deploy troops.

Give me a single credible prospective case where you think he would deploy British armed forces.

on the other hand

Classic example of problem with way government is presenting case. May talks in abstract about role of permanent members of UN security council. Most people don't have a clue how UN security council works. Needs to explain how Russian veto powers make UN route a dead-end.

Only ever acting when the UN Security Council is in full accord (nigh on impossible while Putin sits on it) is a permanent charter for inaction.

What kind of fuckery is this?

Last few pages have been illuminating. Comparing austerity and chemical weapons attacks made my jaw hit the floor.

Austerity became a thing because of the global economic crisis and our country was spiralling deeper into debt, so action needed to be taken. Saying people should just keep spending money they don't have is a foolish stance in any scenario. The government would undoubtedly like to spend more on public services and trying to portray them as child-killing meanies is what we've come to expect from the Left. So determined to talk tough on social issues, so eager to take action, but let's not forget there's more to governing a global power. When it comes to tackling world affairs like chemical weapon use and national security their legs turn to jelly.

We know you have a hatred of Corbyn and have made repeated attempts to associate him with all kinds of stuff that he has nothing to do with, but this is a new one for you. Anyone could retweet anything that anyone else tweets. It doesn't mean they original person agrees with or has anything to do with the retweeter.

Not sure but I think Tighty was aiming clearly at the hypocrisy of the person re-tweeting.

I am not saying it does. My point was not about Corbyn, it was someone convicted for using explosives (that killed and injured many) agreeing (by retweeting) with an anti-bomb statement.

I could see that part of it, but it looks like cover for another jab at Corbyn to me.
