The New DTD Tokens Scheme starts on Monday

details are on http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/dtd-tokens.php

In essence

A £27.50 token for each 50 points raked on the DTD Online club cash games

You must opt in via the members area (if you don't, you stay on DTD Points)*

Tokens credited daily

Carry forward of points

30 day token expiry

60 day expiry of seats won via tokens

All the token rules are at http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/satellite-winners.php

All designed to give as much flexibility as possibly to players to play on the cash games and then use the tokens for events when it suits them

* Nicola is contacting all those who signed up to DTD Sponsorship pounds to let them know their options so they can choose the best way forward for themselves

This is designed to be a long term scheme that is fair to players and DTD. As much flexibility as we can manage compared to the past where you had to use tokens the week they were earned for a specific event

DTD has also published its live tournnament schedule for the club for the rest of October and will publish one to Xmas soon. All to help everyone plan trips to the club and when to use tokens

Happy to answer any questions

Scheme begins Monday. Weekly points run Monday-Sunday.

One of the features of the scheme we have developed is the facility to trade up seats and tokens

An example is in the image below

So its not limited to playing £150 deepstacks, you can trade up and combine seats into £336 deepstack seats and trade up in tokens, to play a £55 token for a satellite into a £300 deepstack

What about the players who won't be playing the feeders, can't we accumulate points to actually get a seat into the tournament. I'm not bothered about tickets to a satalite and most of the tokens will go to waste if not all.

This

Maybe I've not understood it, but there should be a way you can play a shit load and accumulate enough points to buy straight into a 150 or 300?

If you signed up to the sponsorship £s scheme is that scrapped now? What happens to the £s you accumulated?

Do you need to re-sign up for this scheme if you were signed up to cash games and sponsorship £s before?

As I said Nicola is contacting the people who signed up to Sponsorship Pounds to give a choice of options going forward, including with £ accumulated so far. Its not going to be re-opened to new people

You need to opt into the DTD tokens scheme, there is a button when you log into the members game area

You don't need to sign up to the cash games again

I've spoken to both of you today, and the target player for the DTD tokens is someone who would normally play satellites to DTD events (which is a lot of players), and now has a lot of extra flexibility as to when and to what event

If you (or anyone else reading) is someone who will play and earn more tokens than they could possibly use (even given 30 day expiry and satellites nost nights of the week) via satellites, we can speak off forum please

Just wondering if you sign up do you stop collecting DTD points completely? I understand you won't get DTD points for the DTD cash games but say I am playing Ipoker tournaments what happens then? Thanks in advance

They stop completely

DTD Tokens are for players who wish to play DTD club cash games and DTD satellites - if thats not the prefered game you play then best staying on DTD points scheme. Anticipate the rewards on offer from the tokens scheme and the numbers who play satellites oon DTD will see many switch across though

Confused of Dorset here.

So if you opt into the Club Cash tables now, you no longer get DTDpoints/iPoints, but instead benefit from the New DTD Token Scheme for any rake you generate on the Club Cash tables only ?

Haven't heard anything from Nicola yet, but I would really appreciate clarification of the situation for those that regged for the Club Cash tables from day one, and have also regged for the old DTD pounds scheme.

Not quite

You have to opt into the Tokens scheme, via the members area, for rake generated on the Club Cash

if you don't you stay on DTD Points

You can't stay on Points and get tokens, its doubling up on rewards schemes and wouldn't make financial sense for DTD

Nicola will be emailing you with a summary of your position as to points earned and choices going forward. This is for people who signed up to Sponsorship pounds
