One post allowed even though i promised Adz i would never post again.

Everton nearly 4/6 away at Villa.  Stoke evens at HOME to villa at the weekend.  No value in the EPL though.  Price is always right.  Anyone who says the EPL markets are always right please talk me through this one in large mathematical detail please.  The EPL markets are full of mug cash and the easiest market in soccer to beat.

These prices make Everton close to a 4/9 shot to beat stoke at home.

Just to clarify as some people seem to be suggesting I said to lay Everton last night.  No recommendation was given as to where the value was in the above post.  I was simply highlighting how out of equilibrium epl markets can be and how much value can exist and does exist in a market where some people suggest the price is always right.  I am still awaiting a response from the price is always right in the epl fan base to talk me through the above situation given Stoke and Everton are very close to being two teams of roughly equal ability.

I did make a mistake in my original post however as I meant to say Everton would be a 4/9 poke on a neutral ground given the relative prices not at home.  If they were at home given those prices to stoke they would be closer to 1/4 poke.

As we know two teams of roughly equal ability the home team should be around the 6/5 5/4 mark.

Agree with your point, no way those prices are both correct.

But no doubt Everton have been much more effective as an away side than a home side this season, so not sure it's right to say based on those prices they would be 1/4 at home. Do bookmakers take home/away effectiveness into account or would they just assume home advantage is the same for all teams?

So it's going to be full for 1B with alternates. 10% of field bust before 4.40pm. A significant number of those seats will be taken by alternates/late reg. So actually how many tables will be available at 4pm. 3 tables if that? Can't see people that arrive at 2.30pm for example wanting to play the late flight if can get seated in the earlier flight with 250 bigs.

Obv would have been better to have turbo 1D at 6pm. But should have been easily foreseen.

Also why was there no dinner break yesterday? Can't remember a comp running midday to gone 11pm with no dinner break.

Think if putting on an ambitious guarantee, which obv we all want, that one same day re-entry is a no-brainer.

Set 1 leg 1 of bdo waites Match to not have a 180
4/9
Seems hugeeeeeee

That seems a monster price to me.  Off the top of my head i would have said even the best bdo must be 1/4 to not hit a 180 in any given leg. Yesterday there were 3 in a 7 set match.

The line for total 180s is 9.5 in this match though. Given that 4/9 in first leg for no 180 seems about right

Also Palace bottom half finish 9/4.

I've just backed Palace 9/4 bottom half and top half at 4/5 on the exchange. 86% book.

Anyone who can get on with Coral, they are doing their own thing in this market.

West Ham at 11/10 the pick, probably a genuine 8/11-4/5 shot.

Fri 1A - Noon - 9pm (pros and day offers)
Fri 1B - 6pm - 3am (busted pros, day offers and locals)
Sat 1C - 11am - 145pm (turbo) (tilted individuals listed above)
Sat Day 2 - 2pm - midnight
Sun Day 3 - Noon - close

Problem solved, non?

Something like this is the best if all tournaments must have the same scheduling.

Surely it's ok to occasionally have a Monday/Tuesday finish, and it make sense in this case with the WPT Main starting on the Wednesday. Yes this means some people can't play, but plenty of other tournaments to choose from.

Agree largely with comments about the guarantee - if this WPT500 had a £750k guarantee it would be considered a success.

What I would change though is the 'must play' seats as part of the prizepool. Not only do recs need to have the Monday/Tuesday available to play, but also the rest of the week if they make the top 50. Can understand why DTD want to have seats to the next event as part of the prizepool, but I think everyone should have the option of receiving the equivalent amount of tournament credit instead.

Mike Sexton will be at the club for the next couple of weeks!

Firstly he is joining us on Friday night for our XXL Giant and playing with a Grand Prix Poker Tour (DTD leg) seat on his head

http://gppt.poker/live-event/dtd-grand-prix

He'll also have an Online grinding area in the club where he'll be playing some top partypoker tournaments over the weekend while working with us on the Grand Prix Poker Tour

Will he be using a HUD?

Though about this some more - Chelsea would have to win points at an unprecedented rate in order to win the Prem this season is what the person on the radio should have said.

Record points total - 95. Exactly 2.5 points per game. If Chelsea get 2.5 points per game from now on that gives them 83 points, which usually isn't quite enough to win it.

If Chelsea are to make the top 4 they will have to enjoy a sequence of results unprecedented in PL history (and probably longer).
Klopp, or whoever arrives, has a fabulous opportunity to get Liverpool into the CL for next year, assuming we hang on to four places.

Not sure where you got that from, Chlesea are only 4 points behind you!

David is also a united fan so that would make it 8 points Wink

United, Liverpool, whatever, both crap.

The point I was making is that is clearly nonsense. Chelsea need somewhere in region of 60-67 points from 30 games to finish in the top 4. Multiple teams gather points at that rate most seasons.

On the Prem handicap market is the 125% book not off-putting?
