If you were in the live audience, and had the chance to ask either Miliband or Cameron a question....
Who would you ask, and what would you ask?

To Milliclown....why didn't you let your brother have a free run at the leadership? He'd have a much better chance of winning the general election than you.

To the leaders of the main parties.
1 which one are you, again?
2 please state one policy / political principle of yours that could not be held or made by the leaders of the other parties

I'll bite, but this narrative is so ridiculous. They had different perspectives for how Labour responded to the 2010 defeat. Why shouldn't he (Ed M.) had stood? Alan Johnson would have been a better leader though imho. I think if David M. had won that all the stuff about Iraq would have come into focus now rather than be buried until after the GE.

I would like to ask both leaders 'why are you so keen to continue to fuel the housing bubble with yet more effective government subsidies, such as the recent deposit ISA plan where the government is going to add £3k to your deposit, yet you constantly say you are on the side of hard working families who are finding it harder and harder to afford to buy their own home because of this artificially tinkering of the housing markets?
Why can't you just accept that house prices don't need to keep getting to incredibly artificial levels compared to wages in order to win votes and if you want house prices to get to affordable levels then it is much easier to stop artificially playing with the housing market in ways which actually increase house prices'

To Miliband:
"You constantly tell us that the Tories are the party who support tax avoiders. I assume from that you think that DOTAS, Google Tax and GAAR are ineffective pieces of legislation. Please could you explain why they are ineffective and what legislation your Government would bring in to remedy the situation, especially in light of the fact that there were very few anti avoidance measures taken during the Labour government of 1997 to 2010."

Isn't the thing that they do have to keep going up, as it's a bubble. Homeowners view the paper value of their house as money in the bank, which gives governments such a huge amount of leeway to stiff them elsewhere.

Even more cynically - old people vote, old people have more housing equity so increase house prices to make them vote for you.

This is poor. Not much debate, more like a part political broadcast.
Ed coming off a little better imo, be interesting to see what Paxman does to him.
