The European Championships began at The Vic last night. 156 runners sat down for the 1k NLH, & 15 players rerturn at 2.30pm on Tuesday to finish the job.

Average Chips right now are 52,000, and these are the Overnights in seat & table order.....

Stuart Nash, 70,300

P ZZaro (?) 95,700

S Randall, 57,800

Big Dave Smith 26,600

Nice Dave Mayall, 32,500

Sonny Osman, 55,400

J Kerrigan, 110,700

John Gale, 47,700

The Prize Structure is......

Were you happy with the structure tikay? running antes after three levels? 5000 starting chips in a 1k comp?

seems like you get better structures and more play at the provincial casino festivals!

mind you, I was drawn to the immediate left of Laurence Gosney....ugh! nice guy tho!

Thanks Guiys, as you probably know by now, I blew it. Actually, I did nothing wrong, but nothing right either, and just kept running into bigger hands. I will do a Tourney Report later, all the gory details will be in there.

Thanks for the kind words, I was embarrassed by the many good wishes I received.

His Wonderfulness, El Blondie sent me this text, "About time you won one of these, now get your finger out and get the job done". I wish, I really wish! Never mind, I got 1,750, and had a ball.
