Am thinking I should fold the flop 100% of the time here, but having for some reason deciding to click call did I bodge the rest of the hand as well or do we think this is okay?...

Why would you want to fold the flop? Stacks are still pretty deep. I fold the turn though. Raising just seems pretty FPS/spewy. In a $26 90man (which I assume this is) you're gunna struggle to get the guy off an ace.

I would agree with the previous posters that calling the flop and then folding the turn is ok. It certainly appears that villian is happy to get to showdown with a weak ace. With fiteen seconds to make his mind up, he may possibly fold as your raise on the turn makes you having a jack a distinct possibility to him. Not sure what the chances of a fold are here. Is he a rock? or close to the money?

Calling flop is fine this deep with position on the guy betting out. Just give up on the turn, you are repping jx (maybe 88) and that is about it.

Oopsie, I was kinda thinking the guy behind us raised pf when I said I wanted to fold the flop 100%, but then I wouldn't be in the hand with Q2s if he had!
